Description
Whispering Angel Rosè is an elegant and refined rosé wine from the French winery Château d'Esclans. It is produced from the best grapes mainly Grenache, Cinsault and Rollo (Vermentino). A world reference among the rosé de Provence wines.
Tasting notes
A wine of a light and bright pink color, characterized by a great finesse , the nose reveals hints of red fruits and white flowers . In the mouth it is dry and fleshy and closes on a soft and fresh finish . Ideal from lunch to after dinner to be tasted alone or in combination with a great variety of dishes.
Processing
After the harvest, the grapes are softly pressed, subsequently fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. Finally, the Whispering Angel Rosè ages for 3-4 months always in steel before being bottled.
