Nikka's Single Malt Miyagikyo Whiskey is born from a slow and traditional distillation and its aging takes place in former sherry barrels. This elegant whiskey offers sweet and delicate sensations on the palate, thanks to the purity of the waters of Miyagi, located in the mountains of Sendai.

Tasting notes

On the nose this Whiskey Single Malt Miyagikyo is rich and complex, with a mineral incipit, which develops on floral and fruity notes, embellished with pleasant spicy and barley malt nuances. On the nose it recalls the aromas of beeswax and honey, while on the palate it is elegant and refined, with a fruity sip, finished with sweet spices, licorice, tobacco and chocolate.
