Description
Vosne-Romanèe Vieilles Vignes 2014 is a French red wine of instant and elegant pleasure. On the nose the red fruits are fully perceived. On the palate it is sumptuous, elegant and remarkably fresh.
The proprietary vineyards, 50 to 110 years old, extend from Santenay to Vosne Romanée, for about 23 hectares. The cultivation takes place according to the organic regulations and the vinification strictly follows the biodynamic calendar. The average age of the vines 56-88 years. The harvest is purely manual and the fermentation is only with indigenous yeasts. The refinement takes place in oak barrels. Very popular with excellent meats and aged cheeses.
