Cocchi's Vermouth Storico Di Torino is produced according to the original recipe of the founder, from a base of Moscato grapes together with herbs, spices, citrus fruits and mugwort . An excellent base for creating the most classic cocktails such as Negroni, Americano and Manhattan.

    Tasting notes

Light brown in color, Cocchi Vermouth on the nose releases complex aromas that recall mugwort, citrus fruits, cinchona, cocoa, camphor and finally rosemary . In the mouth it is balsamic and sweet , it closes with a long persistence.

The Vermouth Storico di Cocchi is produced starting from a base of white wine, sugar and alcohol and an infusion of aromatic herbs and spices. During processing, caramelized sugar is added. This Vermouth ages in steel with herbs, roots and noble woods.

    The cellar

Giulio Cocchi was a myth in the Futurist period, synonymous with quality for sparkling wines and spiced wines. The origins of the company date back to 1891 when Cocchi created original recipes of Barolo Chinato, American Aperitif and Vermouth, still among the company's specialties today. A brand that became famous worldwide, products linked to tradition despite the fact that the company over the years has modernized its production techniques, without altering the quality and craftsmanship of the products.
