    Tasting notes

With a pale straw yellow color, the Vermentino di Sardegna Merì from the Argiolas winery has aromas of white melon and plum embellished with almond and floral hints to the nose. A balanced flavor , characterized by a pleasant freshness and a round softness.

Following the harvest, the berries are softly pressed and left to ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 15-20 days. Subsequently the wine matures in steel for a few months before being bottled.
