Description
Capichera Lintóri is a Sardinian white wine produced in Gallura from grapes from the indigenous Vermentino vine in purity. The grapes used come from the younger vineyards , hence the name "Lintóri" which means morning dew. It is a white of exceptional structure and longevity that stands out in the Sardinian wine scene.
Tasting notes
Its color is straw yellow with greenish reflections, the Capichera Lintóri expresses intense and fragrant hints of exotic fruits such as lichs and pineapple on the nose that are combined with notes of rennet apple and aromatic herbs . In the mouth it is fresh and confirms the fruity notes perceived on the nose with citrus and mineral hints . Finally it closes on a pleasantly persistent finish . It is perfect to accompany fish tatare, fried fish and grilled fish, but also in combination with a pizza.
Processing
Following the harvest which takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September, the wine ferments and ages in steel tanks before being bottled.
The cellar
The company was founded in 1980 as a small production reality, over the years it began to expand to become a point of reference in the Sardinian wine scene. Its production takes place in full respect of the land and the vine, limiting the intervention of man. A winery that manages to best express the characteristics of a unique territory, in the continuous search for quality.
