Terminum di Tramin is a passito wine produced with 100% Gewürztraminer grapes and obtained from a late harvest . A rich and complex wine from the Sella vineyard in Termeno, where the soils are rich in gravel and clay.

Tasting notes

In the glass, Terminum di Tramin has a deep golden yellow color. The nose releases intense fruity aromas of peach, apricot and mango combined with hints of honey and lily orange peel . In the mouth it has an intense aroma of yellow fruit and caramelized butter. A wine with an excellent balance between freshness and sweetness with a fine minerality . It closes on a balanced and very persistent finish .

After the harvest which takes place at the end of December, the grapes rest in small containers. Then they macerate for 12 hours , after which they are gently pressed . Following decantation, the must ferments in barrique for about 6-9 months . Finally, at the end of the fermentation, the Terminuim di Tramin always ages in barrique for 7-10 months and for a further 3 months in the bottle.
