Tasting Notes

At sight it is golden yellow, the nose offers elegant and refined aromas that vary from fruity notes of peach, apricot, pear, sambuca, kumquat
to those of white flowers with fine spicy notes, jasmine, mimosa. The taste of Stoan di Tramin is harmonious and balanced, with fruity aromas of pineapple, banana, pear, tomato leaf, green pepper and citrus peel. On the finish it is fine and very persistent.

The harvest takes place between the end of September and mid-October by hand-picking the grapes, which are immediately pressed. A slow fermentation follows in wooden barrels at a controlled temperature, here the malolactic fermentation also takes place. The refinement takes place in large wooden barrels in contact with the yeasts. Finally, before being put on the market, the wine matures for 3 months in the bottle.
