Elio Perrone's Moscato d'Asti Sourgal is a sparkling sweet wine, produced with 100% white Moscato grapes. This elegant and fresh wine takes its name from a splendid vineyard located in Castiglione Tinella. An ideal wine to drink young in order to appreciate all its vitality.
Elio Perrone's Sourgal Moscato has a yellow color tending to bright green. On the nose the aroma is intense and varied, with hints of acacia and orange flowers, yellow peach, sage and muscat grapes. The taste is harmonious, sweet but balanced by the typical acid of Muscat. It goes very well with dry desserts, pies, biscuits and leavened cakes. But it is also excellent as an accompaniment to an aperitif with small savory snacks.
The grapes are carefully selected and once harvested, between the end of August and September, they are pressed. The must obtained is cleaned of impurities and sediments, and is kept cold until the moment of fermentation. Finally, Elio Perrone's Moscato Sourgal is bottled in isobaric and sterile conditions.
