Tasting notes

Gin Scapegrace Classic Silver is bright and crystalline in color with aromas of juniper and floral hints of orange blossom and lavender combined with notes of cinnamon and nutmeg that emerge at a later time. In the mouth the union of notes of juniper, citrus and spices come together giving a complex but well balanced aroma. A finish with warm and persistent sensations of juniper, floral and orange aromas.

Processing

The distillation of the Scapegrace Silver Classic gin takes place in in 19th century "pot stil" copper alembic.

The Distillery

Scapegrace Gins are produced by the Rogue Society Distilling based in the Auckland region of New Zealand. For its production of artisanal gin, distilled in small batches, the company uses very pure water from the Alps and a 19th-century copper alembic.
