Description

The Punto is the first Sauvignon produced by the Cotarella company and takes its name from the vineyard where the grapes are grown.

Tasting notes

The Sauvignon il Punto has a yellow color with greenish reflections.
On the nose the exotic notes of passion fruit stand out, followed by notes of apricot.
This Sauvignon di Cotarella is characterized by a good sweetness that blends with the typicality of the variety. In the mouth it is salty and tasty, with a great balance and a long persistence.

Processing

The grapes are harvested by hand, and subsequently cooled. After that they are pressed and the must obtained is transferred to a stainless steel tank where it ferments at a temperature ranging from 14 to 16 C.
