Description
The Rosè 4C of the BioVio winery is born on the Savona hills from 100% Rossese grapes. This rosé is dedicated to the women of the family, Chiara and her daughters Caterina, Camilla and Carolina, therefore called 4C.
Tasting notes
With an onion skin pink color, the Di BioVio Rosè releases floral and strawberry aromas to the nose. The taste is enveloping with a fruity entrance and a savory and mineral finish . Ideal to combine with dishes based on fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
Processing
The harvest takes place in mid-September, then the grapes are macerated for 24 hours and then softly pressed . Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Finally, the BioVio Rosè matures for 2 months and after bottling it ages for 1 month in glass before being put on the market.
