Description

The Romangia Bianco from Tenute Dettori is a white wine produced from Vermentino grapes from specially grown vines. This white is an icon in the world of artisanal wine.

Tasting Notes

The Romangia Bianco di Dettori is presented in the glass in a splendid golden color with amber reflections. On the nose it is perceived engaging and dynamic, with flavors of fruit in alcohol but also dried fruit and Mediterranean scrub, which is equivalent to a dip in Sardinian land. The taste is full, intense and with a good persistence.

Processing

The peculiarity of the cultivation area, the Romangia, is that it is considered the most fertile part of the whole of Sardinia. After harvesting the grapes manually, the wine ferments spontaneously and then macerates on the skins for a short period. The refinement takes place in concrete tanks for a few months and finally the Romangia Bianco di Dettori is bottled.

The Cellar

The Dettori company produces original and territorial wines near Sennori, here its vineyards amaze for their scenic beauty, the vines of the estate are very old and are cultivated with the sapling system. Furthermore, all operations are carried out manually and without the use of chemicals. All the wines produced by Tenute Dettori are "cru" which means that only one wine is born from each vineyard. They are unique wines of great character, ideal to accompany intense dishes. A splendid reality, that of Dettori, which over the years has established itself as the protagonist of the rebirth of Sardinia.
