    Description

    The Spumante Brut from the Haderburg winery comes from vineyards around the Hausmannhof estate on clayey limestone soils. This Brut di Haderburg is produced with the classic method and is obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. An elegant and intense sparkling wine, fresh and delicate with a harmonious flavor.

    Tasting notes

    In the glass this sparkling wine has a straw yellow color with a very thin and continuous perlage. Its bouquet is intense, in fact the nose gives off hints of yellow fruit such as plums and plums, and tropical fruit such as pineapple and mango. It also has floral, aromatic herbs and brioche notes. On the palate it is fresh and dynamic with a good structure, it is also savory and refreshing. Haderburg Brut is ideal in combination with appetizers, raw salmon, fish salad, fried vegetables and baby octopus.

    Processing

    After the selection and harvesting of the grapes which takes place at the beginning of September, we proceed with the vinification. The first alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers to obtain the base wine followed by the second fermentation. It then rests in the bottle for 24 months after which it is disgorged and the liqueur d'expedition is added.
