Description

Keir, from the Tua Rita winery is a complex red wine, produced with 100% grapes Syrah. A wine capable of enhancing the typical characteristics of this grape variety, and with an excellent aging capacity.

Tasting notes

On the nose, Tua Rita's Keir releases floral notes of ripe cherry which combine with mineral hints, with a slightly spicy finish.

Processing

After harvesting by hand in crates, Tua Rita's Keir refines in amphora for 6 months. Subsequently the maceration on the skins takes place and finally the wine ages 6 months in French oak barrels of 3rd and 4th passage. Before being put on the market, it rests for a few months in the bottle.
