    Description

I Frati Lugana di Cà dei Frati is a white wine symbol of the winery located on Lake Garda. This white expresses freshness and simplicity when young but also expresses its best years after bottling.

    Tasting Notes

I Frati Lugana wine is presented in a straw yellow colored glass. The nose has pleasant floral aromas of white flowers and fruity hints of apple, plum and citrus. Over time it is enriched with iodized scents, tertiary notes, spices and candied fruit. On the palate it is fresh, accompanied by a pleasant savory note. It goes perfectly with fish dishes and cold or warm appetizers.

    Processing

The vines from which the Lugana Friars are born are over 40 years old and grow on calcareous and clayey soils. After a careful selection, the grapes ferment in steel and subsequently the refinement on fine yeasts takes place for a minimum of 6 months. After bottling, I Frati ages for a further 2 months in glass.

    The Cellar

Cà dei Frati is a winery by now a point of reference for the enology of the Lake Garda area, but with a great reputation also throughout the rest of the world. This company was born from the passion of the Dal Cero family, which by combining competence and love for the territory produces great successes. All processing takes place in full respect of the raw material both in the vineyard and in the cellar. For the fourth generation, the winery has been producing spectacular wines that derive from a careful observation of the territory and the vine.
