Description
The Roccanivo di Berta Grappa is a Grappa from Barbera pomace selected in the typical production areas.
Tasting notes
The color of the Roccanivo di Berta Grappa is intense amber, the nose releases a pleasant but complex bouquet of aromas , with aromas of cherry and morello cherry , which are combined with notes of nougat, dried figs and candied fruit . In the mouth it is warm and soft with rich aromas of pastry .
Processing
This grappa is produced through a distillation process carried out following the discontinuous method , using steam-powered copper boilers . Subsequently, the grappa obtained is left to rest for a total of eight years in both Allier and Tronçais tonneau, finally bottled and put on the market.
