La Première by Jacopo Poli is a grappa that comes from the pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon , Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes.

Tasting notes

The aroma of the Poli Grappa La Premierè is reminiscent of ripe red fruit , marzipan , honey , as well as chamomile , licorice and vanilla . The taste is complex and majestic .

Processing

This grappa is handcrafted discontinuously in an ancient copper alembic. It was produced at the end of October 2007 and kept in the cellars of the poli distillery until April 2016.
