The Gin Del Professore Crocodile from the Del Professore Vermouth & Spirits distillery was born from an idea of Carlo Quaglia and the guys from the "Jerry Thomas" speakeasy in Rome, This Gin is produced with herbs and spices such as: Juniper , citrus , coriander , elderberry and jamaica pepper .

Tasting notes

The Gin Del Professore Crocodile on the nose is characterized by notes of vanilla and other exotic spices , it also presents the intense notes of juniper and citrus. Finally it closes with light notes of coriander, pepper and elderflower. The sip is full and round. At sight it is amber in color with a clear and bright hue.
