    Tasting notes

In the chalice this Gevrey Chambertin of Trapet is presented in a ruby color. On the nose the floral sensations alternate with touches of red fruit while in the mouth it has an energetic and elegant body, with a layered and broad sip, characterized by a finish of excellent persistence.

For the production, the grapes are de-stemmed for 30% and, subsequently, cold macerated for about 8 days. Subsequently, a long fermentation of one month takes place at a temperature of 32 °. Finally, the aging takes place in new wood for 30% on the villages and 75% on the 1er cru and Grand Cru, for a duration of 15/18 months.
