Intense ruby red color, Galilee by Yarden, on the nose it releases fruity notes of plum and cherry that evolve for a spicy finish with cocoa nuances . The taste is elegant and full with a good persistence . It goes well with beef, roast duck, salmon fillet.

The vinification of Yarden Galilee takes place in red in compliance with the Kosher rules. Finally the wine is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.

    The cellar

Yarden was born in 1938 and immediately distanced himself for its production of wines of great value. Located on the Golan Heights, in the small town of Katzrin, where the soils are volcanic and rich in basalt therefore ideal for cultivation. Yarden is one of the few wineries to produce kosher wines that is authorized by rabbis and therefore drinkable also by Orthodox Jews. Now a symbol of Israel, the winery continues to produce excellent wines that lend themselves very well to aging.
