The cellar
Yarden was born in 1938 and immediately distanced himself for its production of wines of great value. Located on the Golan Heights, in the small town of Katzrin, where the soils are volcanic and rich in basalt therefore ideal for cultivation. Yarden is one of the few wineries to produce kosher wines that is authorized by rabbis and therefore drinkable also by Orthodox Jews. Now a symbol of Israel, the winery continues to produce excellent wines that lend themselves very well to aging.
