Description

Franciacrota Cuvée Prestige Rosé is delicate and fresh. a perfect balance between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, perfect for an aperitif or an important occasion.

Tasting notes

In the glass this Franciacorta has a salmon pink color. The nose opens with pleasant floral hints of rose and peony, combined with fruity notes of pomegranate and strawberry. A fresh taste with a subtle effervescence.

Processing

This Cuvée comes from the separate vinification of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The maceration of the grapes takes place “in pink” and this gives the sparkling wine its color. Subsequently we proceed with the fermentation in small barrels and steel vats at a controlled temperature. After which the refinement and the creation of the cuvée takes place. Finally, after bottling, the Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Rosè adds further on the yeasts. The procedure ends with the dégorgement in the absence of oxygen through a passage specially created by Ca 'del Bosco.

Ca 'del Bosco is a production reality that was born in the mid-60s, when Annamaria Clementi Zanella bought a small house with the same name in the municipality of Erbusco, with woods and vineyards.
Today the company is a more than consolidated reality, which produces a wide range of labels with deep and juicy aromas and measured and skilful dosages.
