Description

The Franciacorta Annamaria Clementi Rosè of Ca 'del Bosco is a Franciacorta dedicated to the founder of the winery. This bubble represents the maximum expression of pinot noir vinified in pink.

Tasting notes

With an intense salmon pink color, Franciacorta Annamaria Clementi Rosè Ca 'del Bosco gives us a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose the aromas are ample with hints of pastry, sugared almonds and candied cherries that combine with notes of marzipan and hazelnut, and as if that were not enough, everything is embellished with mineral tones. In the mouth it is balanced characterized by a silky sapidity and excellent freshness.

Processing

The grapes come from only 3 historic vineyards over 30 years old. After the manual harvest, the grapes are softly pressed and subsequently macerated in contact with the skins, for a short period. All stages of winemaking take place in small oak barrels . Fermentation and maturation take place in barrels of base wines for 8 months. Finally, only the Pinot Noir from the best barrels is blended. Once bottled for the second fermentation, the wine rests on the lees for at least 8 years.

Ca 'del Bosco is a production reality that was born in the mid-60s, when Annamaria Clementi Zanella bought a small house with the same name in the municipality of Erbusco, with woods and vineyards.
