Description

The Franciacorta Annamaria Clementi of Ca 'del Bosco is a Franciacorta dedicated to the founder of the winery. This reserve comes from the union of the best Chardonnay , Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes .

Tasting notes

At sight it has a bright golden yellow color with a very fine and persistent perlage . Fruity citrus flavors , walnut , honey and broom stand out on the nose. Full and enveloping on the palate, Franciacorta Annamaria Clementi by Ca 'del Bosco is fresh and harmonious capable of giving great emotions, finally it closes with notes of dried fruit and almond . This Franciacorta is ideal to accompany fish dishes.

Processing

The grapes are harvested by hand and subsequently cooled in cold rooms. After a careful selection, the clusters are washed in three soaking tanks and then undergo a complete drying system. the base wines obtained ferment in small oak barrels for at least 3 years , where they remain on their lees for 6 months. After blending, the wine is refined for over 8 years . Thanks to a system patented by the cellar, the dégorgement takes place in the absence of oxygen .

Ca 'del Bosco is a production reality that was born in the mid-60s, when Annamaria Clementi Zanella bought a small house with the same name in the municipality of Erbusco, with woods and vineyards.
