Tasting notes
A soft wine with an extreme drinkability , the nose is exuberant while in the mouth it is velvety and silky with a very long finish . Excellent to combine with game dishes, poultry and red meats.
Processing
For the Fixin production of Méo Camuzet the grapes are partially de-stemmed and subsequently fermented in open wooden vats . Finally, the wine ages in new Futus at 50%.
