    The Perlè Magnum from Cantina Ferrari is a sparkling wine produced from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes. This vintage is synonymous with elegance, freshness and harmonious intensity .

    Tasting notes

    Ferrari's Perlè Magnum appears yellow in color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage . On the nose there are hints of rennet apple and citrus fruits , while on the finish there are notes of white peach , almond blossom and toasted and spicy notes . On the palate it is elegant and clean with notes of ripe apple and hints of sweet almonds . Perlè Magnum by Ferrari is ideal in combination with fish and sushi dishes, but also with white meats.


    After a careful selection, the grapes are harvested manually, then the maturation on the lees takes place for 5 years . Finally, Ferrari's Perlè Mangum rests for a further period in the bottle .

    The cellar

    The dream of Giulio Ferrari, founder of the Ferrari winery, was to create in Trentino a wine capable of comparing itself with the best French Champagnes . So that begins to produce a few carefully selected quality bottles . His wines that immediately enter the hearts of the most demanding enthusiasts, elegant, fine and surprising sparkling wines that had never been found in Italy. In the first half of the 1950s, Bruno Lunelli, Ferrari's successor, managed to increase production while maintaining the quality of his labels at all times. Over time the company decides to convert the vineyards to the organic regime by promoting sustainable mountain viticulture . To date, the Ferrari winery is a leader in Italy and represents a symbol of made in Italy wine, with bubbles known all over the world. 15 different labels produced, divided into 5 collections that reflect the criteria of elegance , quality and finesse .
