Description

The Perlè Bianco from the Ferrari winery is a sparkling wine produced with the best Chardonnay grapes, a versatile bubble that conquers for its elegance.

Tasting notes

In the glass, Ferrari's Perlè Bianco has a very bright golden yellow appearance and a refined and persistent perlage. On the nose, the hints of ripe yellow fruit such as pineapple and peach are immediate, these are accompanied by memories of honey and a salty tone. On the palate it is elegant with a very evident tasty acidity. The finish is long and reminiscent of ripe yellow fruit with touches of candied ginger. Complex and refined, this sparkling wine is excellent in combination with tartare, appetizers and fried fish.

Processing

After harvesting, the grapes are softly pressed and subsequently undergo alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine Refines for at least 96 months on the lees and referments in the bottle according to the classic method.
