Description

The Elisir Limone of Jacopo Poli cellars is a limoncello from the Italian tradition that comes from the natural infusion of lemon peels in alcohol. An excellent after-meal with remarkable digestive abilities, to drink with friends. Serve chilled.

Tasting notes

The nose has fruity aromas of citrus and fresh wildflowers , while in the mouth it is sweet and refreshed , with the typical lemon flavor.

Processing

The Poli Limone Elixir is produced through a distillation system with copper boilers, they work both with steam and in a bain-marie in a discontinuous cycle. Subsequently the Elixir is infused in alcohol of lemon peels from Lake Garda.
