Dom Pérignon Rosé is a Champagne that comes from a bold and decisive blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. A vintage with a wild and sensual spirit that was created to pay homage to the balance between the personalities of the two exceptional grapes used.
Tasting notes
In the glass this champagne is pink with amber and golden reflections. On the nose, Dom Pérignon Rosé gives off a deep bouquet , which opens with aromas of spices and cocoa to evolve and leave room for fruity notes of fig, apricot and candied orange . In the mouth it is broad and intense with great elegance and complexity. Perfect to uncork on special occasions, it goes well with simple cooking, excellent with duck, shellfish and anchovies.
Processing
The vinification of Dom Pérignon Rosé takes place according to the Champenoise method (classic) with refermentation in the bottle . Finally, the refinement is at least 84 months on the lees.
The cellar
Synonymous with luxury , prestige and elegance , a name that needs no introduction. The first Dom Pérignon was produced by Moët & Chandon in 1936. From the very beginning, the winery's ideal was to produce champagne with a unique style, with an undermining character and a perfect balance produced following principles that respected the terroirs and the seasons.
