    Tasting notes

In the glass, the Champagne Rosé of Selosse has a pale pink color with a lively and persistent bubble . The nose gives off rich and complex aromas of wild strawberry, custard, rhubarb and orange peel . In the mouth the taste is deep, pleasantly fine.

The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, then they are taken to the cellar where the fermentation of the two base wines spontaneously begins. The wine refines on the lees for 36 months , and is finally assembled and re- fermented in the bottle .

    The cellar

A myth of champagne, synonymous with excellence and high quality. The Selosse winery began in 1974 making wine from its own grapes and thus became a point of reference for the small independent winemakers of the region. Subsequently its properties and productions expanded, and today the cellar produces unique champagnes through natural cultivation and strictly manual processing. A unique style that of Selosse which is a great reference point for champagne lovers.
