Description
The Champagne Origin'Elle from Francoise Bedel's cellar comes from an assembly of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinto nero . The vineyards grow on different soils with loamy, clayey and calcareous soils. A soft and complex champagne that best expresses the roundness and freshness of Pinot Meunier grapes.
Tasting notes
In the Origin'Elle glass by Francoise Bedel it has a bright straw yellow color, the nose primarily expresses hints of apricot and peach that evolve on a finish of dried fruit . In the mouth it is buttery with a good freshness and a long persistence . An Extra Brut ideal to serve during an aperitif in combination with salmon, caviar and shellfish appetizers.
Processing
The grapes ferment in barrique , then the assembly and refermentation in the bottle takes place according to the Champenoise method , finally this Champagne Origin'Elle by Froncoise Bedel remains on its lees for 48 months before proceeding with disgorgement, dosage and bottling.
The cellar
The Bedel maison was born in a small village on the eastern border of the Champagne area. For three generations the Bedel family has had the aim of producing wines that reflect the characteristics of the terroir. In the vineyard we work following the principles of biodynamic agriculture in fact we do not use debonding agents and chemical fertilizers.
