In the mouth it is pulpy with sensations of fresh fruit salad enhanced by the sweetness of caramel and apple jam . Finally, the refreshing acidity of grapefruit joins notes of ginger. Ideal as an ingredient for cocktails, to be drunk with the addition of ice and can be flavored with lemon or lime zest, peppermint leaves, ginger or berries.
