The cellar
The Maison is led by Erick Schreiber, an agronomist-oenologist who has been producing Champagne since 1988 by cultivating the vines with a biodynamic method. In fact, its products are all Ecocert-Demeter certified. Schreiber is the pioneer of biodynamics in Champagne: in 1988 he created the first bottle of Biodynamic Champagne which was followed by studies for the creation of biodynamic yeast strains and other patents, now used by several other famous producers.
