Tasting notes

In the glass this Champagne by Pierre Peters has a pale golden yellow color crossed by a fine and persistent perlage . The nose gives off floral and fruity aromas with notes of almonds, fresh bread and citrus fruits.

After harvesting, the grapes are softly pressed and then the must ferments in steel tanks . After which the base wines mature in steel tanks for a few months, after which the cuvée is created , with the addition of the reserve wines . Finally, the second fermentation in the bottle takes place according to the Champenoise method , after which the wine rests in the quarries of the Maison for 24 months .

The cellar

The maison was born in the heart of the Cote des Blancs and for 6 generation has been producing rich and elegant champagnes that represent the territory. In the vineyard the company uses the methods of sustainable agriculture in full respect of nature. Pierre Péters champagnes are all classified Grand Cru, produced with Chardonnay (Blanc de Blancs) and come from vineyards with an average age of 30-45 years.
