Tasting notes

In the glass this Champagne by Pierre Peters has a pale golden yellow color crossed by a fine and persistent perlage . The nose gives off floral and fruity aromas with notes of almonds, fresh bread and citrus fruits.

Processing

After harvesting, the grapes are softly pressed and then the must ferments in steel tanks . After which the base wines mature in steel tanks for a few months, after which the cuvée is created , with the addition of the reserve wines . Finally, the second fermentation in the bottle takes place according to the Champenoise method , after which the wine rests in the quarries of the Maison for 24 months .
