On the nose the bouquet is elegant with subtle aromas and delicate aromas, so intertwined and complex that it is very difficult to describe them. Citrus peel, yuzu, berries, mandarin, raspberry, wild strawberry, toasted nuances and almonds and finally fresh and vegetal notes of verbena and bergamot.
Processing
The refinement of Roederer's Cristal Rosè consists of a rest on the lees for 72 months and a further 8 months in the bottle following disgorgement.
