The Bianco Secco by Giuseppe Quintarelli is a white wine produced in the heart of Valpolicella that comes from a blend of white berried grapes: Garganega, Sauvignon, Trebbiano and chardonnay. The grapes are grown naturally on calcareous-basaltic soils, using only natural manure as fertilizer.
Tasting notesThe Bianco Secco di Quintarelli in the glass has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose has hints of ripe fruit such as apricot and peach while the taste is fresh and intense, characterized by a good persistence . This wine is also noble and refined, of exceptional quality.
This Quintarelli Dry White wine is perfect in combination with fish-based appetizers and aperitifs, but also in accompaniment to fresh cheeses and white meats.
After the grapes are harvested, immediate pressing is carried out, followed by maceration at a low temperature for twelve hours, after which the product ferments at a controlled temperature. Finally, the Bianco Secco signed by Quintarelli is aged in steel and subsequently in the bottle so as to achieve a considerable structure and complexity .
