Tasting notes
Francois Mikulski's Bourgogne Blanc presents enveloping aromas of honey, white fruit, citrus and sweet almonds on the nose. In the mouth it is broad, soft and round , with an elegant, velvety and persistent sip.
Processing
This French white ferments in 20% new barriques with indigenous yeasts, finally refines for 10 months in French oak barriques and then for 2 years in steel.
The cellar
Francois Mikulski, originally from Poland, founded the winery in 1991 with the aim of enhancing the qualities of the Cote de Beaune terroir. For his productions Francois uses the principles of organic agriculture (even if he does not have certifications), in fact he uses natural compounds that respect the environment and give healthy grapes. Wines with great aromatic richness and good minerality with good aging potential.
