    Description

The Alto Adige Bianco Appius di San Michele Appiano vintage 2014 is an assembly based on chardonnay flanked by pinot bianco, pinot grigio and sauvignon. A white wine whose fermentation and subsequent maturation takes place in barrique and which excites for its brilliant elegance combined with the complexity of ripe fruit and the minerality with a creamy touch. An unforgettable white.

    Color

Its color is bright straw yellow. The nose expresses an olfactory profile of great charm and richness. On the palate you can taste notes of tropical fruits, ripe fruit, toasted vanilla open to a creamy, soft and at the same time fresh taste, characterized by a clear mineral trace. Very long, it closes with a finish of rare harmony and persistence.

    Pairings

Throughout the meal, the Alto Adige Bianco “Appius” is enhanced with great raw materials such as oysters, shellfish, fish dishes in all its variations. It also goes well with mushroom and truffle specialties up to typical Asian dishes. This wine is ready to be tasted right now. However, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, properly preserved.
