Shipping costs vary depending on where you are shipping to. For orders over €250, shipping costs are free.

Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. If the order has not yet been sent, it is possible to correct or change the delivery address at any time:
Return of goods
If for some reason one or more bottles should arrive damaged at your address, immediately contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will answer you as soon as possible.
In the event of damaged goods, we may request the return of the bottle and the sending by email of a photo with a description of the damage in order to avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
In case of wine not to your liking and damaged goods, it is necessary to follow the procedure below to be reimbursed:
– send the refund request and the reason for the refund via email no later than 14 days from receipt of the package
– no later than 14 days from the communication of the intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the address:
